What your $30 does

  • A hot meal every school day. Beans and posho, sometimes rice or cassava. For many children it is the meal they can count on.
  • A real classroom. Nursery, primary and secondary school, licensed to teach Uganda's national curriculum, with a uniform to wear with pride.
  • People who care. Your gift helps pay the teachers, cooks, guards and matron who look after the children every day.

Current project

900 students. One hand pump.

The borehole was dug in 2008 for about 200 students. Today children rise before dawn to pump water one bucket at a time. We are repairing the pump first, then bringing water to the dormitories and classrooms.

360 Vision for Africa is a small team of Minnesota volunteers working alongside the Kayongo family, who carry on the orphanage and school Annet Kayongo started in 2001. Every dollar goes through IMF, a Minnesota missions organization that issues your tax receipt.
